Vinyasa Flow Yoga 

 

These classes are designed to increase flexibility, improve strength and encourage greater awareness between the mind breath and body. You will enjoy a flowing class of interlacing poses accompanied by music.

 

When: Thursday's at 18:30 - 19:45pm

Price: six class pass to be used in eight weeks £48.00 OR drop-in where space allows £10.00

Yoga for Mountain Bikers

 

This eight week term is designed to enhance optimal physical and mental performance on the bike, reduce repetitive MTB injury, balance over used muscle groups that become tight and inhibited through regular riding and improve recovery time post ride. Ideal for riders suffering with back, neck and shoulder pain, tight hips, quads and hamstrings, weak core muscles. 

 

When: Tuesday's 18:00 - 19:00, starts January 22nd 2019

Price: eight week term, £59.00

Seasonal Slow Flow Yoga

 

Tune in to the natural rhythms of the seasons as you are guided through music, breath and flowing movement in this slow yet strong and connected weekly class. Moving more slowly encourages a depth and focus into the breath; moving slowly can actually be quite powerful! Your practise will close with gently held stretches to rejuvenate and release. Suitable for all with a basic yoga practise and/or basic level of fitness.

 

When: Wednesday's 13:15-14:15, starts January 16th 2019
