CHEK EXERCISE & REHABILITATION

The CHEK approach combines therapeutic and scientific theory with practical skills and hands-on applications to correct and rehabilitate the physical body.

You will receive an integrated assessment to determine your movement disorder including assessment of key cranial nerve functions such as the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and shoulder biomechanics which are often the underlying root cause of physical pain, repetitive sports injury and structural mal-alignment.

From here, specific corrective stretching and exercises are used to identify which systems of the body must be rebalanced through a skillfully designed exercise program.

Infant development assessment is used as a means of identifying movement pattern disorders followed by Primal Pattern® movement exercise programs, which are essential to your work, home, recreational, and/or sporting environment.

ELDOA

ELDOA is the only form of regenerative exercise, based on Osteopathic techniques to create space for the spinal discs. The nerve root and the joint segment itself, including the facet joints which are often arthritic or in a state of compression.

Following an ELDOA Programme increases nutrients and hydration to your discs by creating space or decompression. This reduces stress on the spinal joints and normalises disc heights.

The results are amazing; healing disc bulges, back and neck pain, improving posture, reducing scoliosis, improving high performance training and simply keeping your spine healthy.

INMT

Integrative Neuromuscular Therapy (INMT) is a comprehensive system of soft-tissue manipulation techniques to relieve pain and dysfunction such as repetitive motion and accumulative traumas; including sciatica, rotator cuff dysfunction, carpal tunnel and migraines.

Through the application of INMT, which includes myofascial release, positional release and trigger point therapy, balance is restored between the nervous and musculoskeletal systems.

INMT enhances the function of joints, muscles, and the biomechanics of the body, and speeds healing by facilitating the release of the body’s natural pain killer, endorphins.
